this is actually the second time I ve read this one, but I hadn t read the others in the serious last time around I remember it as being okay, but not memorable In the context of the whole series and my reviews of the books , this one was kind of a one off No female character for a start And the title is not really that big of a clue as to the real conflict in the story Ben seems to be almost resigned to his fate at this stage Kind of reminds me of a favourite game quote of mine I guess this is actually the second time I ve read this one, but I hadn t read the others in the serious last time around I remember it as being okay, but not memorable In the context of the whole series and my reviews of the books , this one was kind of a one off No female character for a start And the title is not really that big of a clue as to the real conflict in the story Ben seems to be almost resigned to his fate at this stage Kind of reminds me of a favourite game quote of mine I guess I have no choice, it s time to save the world Has its exciting points, but as much as I like happy endings, it can get a bit dull when you read a series full of them back to back Although obviously not happy for the people that don t make it The body count was certainly lower than any of the other books too Not sure when I ll get onto the last book Not at available at my library

So I bought this book as part of a three books for five quid deal at my local supermarket, and somehow managed to miss the 11 symbol on the back cover The story follows Ben, who seems to be a budding special forces operative despite his tender years and is always getting mixed up in some chaos around the globe This time it is Florida where, with the help of his friend, Angelo, he has to foil a terrorist attack on a plane then an oil refinery as you do This story is a fast paced page turner So I bought this book as part of a three books for five quid deal at my local supermarket, and somehow managed to miss the 11 symbol on the back cover The story follows Ben, who seems to be a budding special forces operative despite his tender years and is always getting mixed up in some chaos around the globe This time it is Florida where, with the help of his friend, Angelo, he has to foil a terrorist attack on a plane then an oil refinery as you do This story is a fast paced page turner and my three star rating reflects a that I have outgrown this kind of literature, and b that there were scenes that just didn t gel with me Like how could the baddie not see the boys hiding in the back of an open pick up truck from up in a lorry cab And I have only done four self defence classes so far but even I know the principle of how to get out of a choke hold, and that you don t waste time talking to your attacker Plus, plane crash, hurricane, panthers, bombs, twister including so many dangers was a bit far fetched for me as an adult reading it, but I think younger readers would love this book

A good deal of suspense and thrills A bit of action and a little witty, although I wouldn t say it s a witty kind of book I like the main character of the book, although in real life, I don t think there is anybody near his age that could think so straight and act so brave in dire situations in the book.

Very goodIf you enjoy non stop action , twist and turns then this book will deliver it Also will encourage younger reader s that books are not always boring and made for boring adults or for school.
