A fantastic cook book for cooking very, very healthy meals The dishes are easy to cook and so are enjoyable to carry out The meals are vegetarian throughout, not even fish is included in any of the ingredients The chefs believe protein is contained in high protein ingredients in each meal Just one minus point which is the amount of ingredients to buy is huge Even though I know a shop that sells a massive variety of ingredients and food in larger quantities and cheaper than supermarkets I st A fantastic cook book for cooking very, very healthy meals The dishes are easy to cook and so are enjoyable to carry out The meals are vegetarian throughout, not even fish is included in any of the ingredients The chefs believe protein is contained in high protein ingredients in each meal Just one minus point which is the amount of ingredients to buy is huge Even though I know a shop that sells a massive variety of ingredients and food in larger quantities and cheaper than supermarkets I still have spentthan I thought.Having said that once all the ingredients are bought the ingredients are all there to be used again and again Overall a great book that makes cooking vegetarian food simple and available to all

This is a review of both The Happy Pear and The World of the Happy Pear, reviewed on www.snazzybooks.com I seriously LOVE these cookbooks I ve watched The Happy Pear s Youtube videos for a while now and was always really impressed with their recipes especially the 5 minute recipes, so impressive so decided to take the plunge and order not on but both of their recipe books and boy, I m glad I did Both The Happy Pear and The World of the Happy Pear are packed full of brilliant, creative rec This is a review of both The Happy Pear and The World of the Happy Pear, reviewed on www.snazzybooks.com I seriously LOVE these cookbooks I ve watched The Happy Pear s Youtube videos for a while now and was always really impressed with their recipes especially the 5 minute recipes, so impressive so decided to take the plunge and order not on but both of their recipe books and boy, I m glad I did Both The Happy Pear and The World of the Happy Pear are packed full of brilliant, creative recipes that are easy to follow and don t require a ridiculous amount of bizarre really expensive ingredients They have lovely photos to accompany a lot of the recipes as well as information about healthy eating and lifestyles As both David and Stephen are vegan, you know it s a great book for vegetarians and vegans, but most recipes can be easily adapted to include meat if that s your bag The mains and desserts are my favourite sections in both books if I m ever at a loss of what to cook for dinner I turn straight to either of these books as I know I ll find something fairly easy to follow so even if I m exhausted after work, I can still eat healthy and delicious food And the dessertsfor anyone with a sweet tooth or even if you reof a savoury girl like me , you ll be salivating at some of these desserts Absolutely delicious and super easy to follow Definitely recommended if you re after a brilliant, inspiring cookbook that ll suit any occasion whether you fancy cooking up a storm or something a little simpler

I really liked this book, it included some really great recipes and absolutely amazing photographs I love me some visual food porn My one pet peeve is that a lot of the recipes include slightly obscure ingredients which I actually like , but honestly can be a bit daunting for beginners Especially because a lot of people who are new to the plant based lifestyle, or even just people who are not seasoned cooks might think it s ok to skip those ingredients, completely unaware that the dishes wou I really liked this book, it included some really great recipes and absolutely amazing photographs I love me some visual food porn My one pet peeve is that a lot of the recipes include slightly obscure ingredients which I actually like , but honestly can be a bit daunting for beginners Especially because a lot of people who are new to the plant based lifestyle, or even just people who are not seasoned cooks might think it s ok to skip those ingredients, completely unaware that the dishes would not work without them It might be helpful to add explanations, as some other cookbooks do, as to the what these ingredients are and what they add to the dish or an index or something of that sort Although, this is a very minor criticism for an otherwise really great cookbook

Great wholesome recipes that make you feel good Ranging from quick fixes to family meals, and with lovely photos throughout The barbecue section was a bit disappointing after the hype, but there are so many recipes to choose from that even the most stubborn carnivore won t notice the veggies The spanish chickpea mediterranean bake is a personal favourite.
